Established in 1993, Valleybrook Studios is the ideal photographic setting and artist’s retreat. Rich with time-weathered buildings, an abundance of natural scenery including ponds, streams and woodlands, Valleybrook is home to portrait artist, Lauren Fitzgerald, and her husband and three children. The property boasts 10 beautiful, private acres.
Valleybrook Studios is located in Western Howard County, 5 miles north of Brookeville, Maryland. It is convenient to Routes 97, 32 and 70.
If you are looking for something fun to do after your session, there are two farms within one mile of Valleybrook Studios which are open to the public:
Sharp’s at Waterford Farm and Larriland Farm are close by and fun for the whole family.
The area also boasts one of the best libraries and parks in the region. Glenwood Library and Western Regional Park are within a 5 minute drive from Valleybrook and both are great for kids and grown-ups alike.
